What You’ll Be Doing:
Administrative Support:
  • Keep project teams on track with accurate documentation and day-to-day coordination
  • Assemble and edit reports, technical documents, and internal communications
  • Maintain both digital and physical file systems (we like tidy, searchable folders!)
  • Book travel, coordinate courier pickups, and manage office supplies
  • Track project documentation and update status reports
  • Help ensure no task, date, or deliverable slips through the cracks

Marketing Support:
  • Coordinate trade shows and events locally and support international efforts
  • Assist in creating, editing, and formatting presentation and promotional materials
  • Help keep marketing assets organized and up to date

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and staying cool under pressure
  • Eye for detail and pride in producing polished, accurate work
  • Get stuff done kind of attitude
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills - you’re the glue that holds things together
  • Bonus if you know your way around Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (not required)
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM
  • High school diploma (post-secondary education an asset)

What We Offer:
  • Casual dress & flexible schedule
  • Comprehensive benefits: dental, vision, life, disability, and extended health care
  • On-site gym
  • Company events & a collaborative, supportive team
  • A great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced and varied role

Schedule: Monday–Friday - 8-hour shifts
Location: On-site at our Calgary office (must be able to reliably commute)

If you’re looking to grow your career in a fast-moving, supportive environment where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and bring your detail-loving, people-supporting, multitasking magic to our team.
