This is a sterile and non-sterile compounding position where your work directly supports patient safety and regulatory excellence.
You’ll operate in a structured lab environment aligned with NAPRA standards, with strict attention to documentation, traceability, and quality control.
No quotas. No front-store distractions. No rushed verification environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing sterile and non-sterile compounds in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards
- Supporting pharmacists with technical functions and documentation
- Maintaining accurate records for controlled substances and lot tracking
- Managing inventory and storage
- Ensuring lab cleanliness and environmental controls
- Participating in audits and quality improvement
What You Bring
- Registered and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP), or eligible for licensure
- Experience in a regulated pharmacy environment (sterile training will be provided)
- Open to new graduates with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Confidence following SOPs
- Professional, structured approach

- Independently preparing compounds with SOP adherence

Compensation & Schedule
- $28–$35 per hour based on experience
