We’re hiring a SaaS Account Executive to lead our growth across Canada. You’ll report directly to VP, Sales and play a key role in expanding our client base, with a focus on building relationships in the construction, energy, oil & gas, mining, and utilities sectors. This is a remote-first role, with regular travel to client sites and events.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to demos and deal closure
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with executives, IT, and field leaders (C-suite, OT, PMs, Ops)
- Translate operational pain points into meaningful technology solutions
- Craft and execute a sales strategy for your region, aligned with VEERUM’s growth plans
- Represent VEERUM at industry trade shows, events, and site visits
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure value throughout the buyer journey
- Maintain clear forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting in Salesforce
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving territory growth
- Direct experience in construction, energy, utilities, or other asset-heavy industries
- Field experience is a strong asset (you’ve seen firsthand what happens when data is missing, delayed, or siloed)
- Examples of building pipeline and developing new business (not just handling inbound)
- Experience working remotely or with distributed teams
- Clear, compelling written communication (we're paying attention to how you present yourself)
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and collaboration platforms like Google Workspace
- Based in Canada (Calgary preferred) with the ability to travel regionally up to 20%
